Simple like scratch on both tonsils

Hello today i woke up with white sratches on each of the tonsils ...but i am on antibiotics. I said before that i do not feel any pain why is it those scrathes they do appear and go at times. What is it Doc

If there is no pain or any other symptom then it could be just simple tonsilloliths. (tonsillar stones.) and no need to take antibiotic without any symptom of infection. Just do gargling with lukewarm water with salt , twice a day and take care of oral hygiene. Read about it at some good medical site like webmd or some ENT doctors blog.

If it’s very frequent and with thorat pain/ fever visit some local ENT specialist.
