Significance of RT-PCR and CT
For one of my family member 12 years (no symptoms)- RT-PCR shows CT value of 30..What does it signify?
On the other one aged 35 (only dry cough), RT PCR shows not detected and CT scan shows severity of 7out of 25. What does it signify?

Ct value of 30 can mean either viral load is less or the sample was not collected properly.
Other one can mean that rtpcr was a false negative and infection is happening inside as ct shows a score of 7.
