16 score in RT PCR
My friend did an RT PCR test which is positive and his score is 16 in that. Is it a mild one ? Also he is having fever from last 5days.

16 CT value in RTPCR proves high viral load in the sample collected from you.
But it doesn't mean anything regarding severity of the covid 19 disease. Severity depends up on patient factors also. Patient with optimum immune response with high viral load can have mild disease.
So, ignore the CT value in rtpcr report. As doctors we never see CT value while taking treatment decisions for covid19.
Whether your friend has mild disease or not will depend upon a few things except CT value. You can consult me for that assessment.
