Side effects or not?
Hello doctors,
After taking a first dose of coviesheild vaccine I got mild fever for one day . Today morning while brushing I got lil cough a mild one don't have any pain and I don't have constant cough ,I have allergies issues daily I take citrizen before bed so that I can stop sneezing but I feel liking coughing but cough is mild or what is it I am confused.
If it is cough suggest me some medicine.
