Side effects of "Dynapres 0.4"medicine
I have started taking "Dynapres 0.4" tablet along with "Potrate 10 INTAS" 2 days ago because I have kidney stone. But due to side effect of "Dynapres 0.4", I am unable to ejaculate even after getting excitation (orgasm). Should I stop this medicine immediately or should wait for a week, so that body may get adjusted to it? Will this medicine cause permanent damage to my reproductive system if I take it for long time, or will end as soon as I stop taking it.

It’s called as retrograde ejaculation. It common side effects if these kind of medication, which usually advised for ureteric stones, you wrongly mentioned as renal stone. Nothing to worry, this side effect will be reversed after stopping medication.
