Are there any long term side effects for Urimax 0.4 ?doctor prescribed me for 15 days for a mild urine discomfort along with alkacitron.However when I ejaculate the semen doesn't come out properly after I started this Medicine ...Is this medicine safe for consuming for 15 days and will the side effect go away after I will stop consuming. This doesn't have any long term effect right ?

This is called as retrograde ejaculation , semen will come out very less in quantity or not at all some times. It will be persist till you will be on this medication. It will be ok once you will stop this medicine. Postural hypotension induced dizziness is also a problem in starting few days, not on long term . No long term bad effects.
