It's always best to communicate with treating dr n asking about adverse effects of drugs.
That's fine to seek on authentic platform from Ayurvedic fraternity.
All Ayurveda medicines are time tested since centuries but must be taken with advice of Ayurveda expert.
If such things actually being there then almost everyone's kidneys and liver would have been failled but we've most advancing population n healthy as well.
Vaguely ( loose talk to establish one's importance) saying ayurvedic medicine damages the liver and kidneys may attract defemation notice from CCRAS(Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences).
