Hi Bhasmas are preapared in such a way that it can be taken internally. But it should be taken in proper dosage for proper condition. Please consult doctor before taking any medicine.

Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform. It's always best to communicate with treating dr n asking about adverse effects of drugs. That's fine to seek on authentic platform from Ayurvedic fraternity. All Ayurveda medicines are time tested since centuries but must be taken with advice of Ayurveda expert. If such things actually being there then almost everyone's kidneys and liver would have been failled but we've most advancing population n healthy as well. Vaguely ( loose talk to establish one's importance) saying ayurvedic medicine damages the liver and kidneys may attract defemation notice from CCRAS(Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences).

Never.. But when anybody takes bhasma on their own,  it might have side effects... Proper dosage is important.. So always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine.. To be safe..
