Side affects of Covid vaccine
I had my first shot of covishield 3 days back on last Friday, I had fever with massive headache ,body ache and a little bit of rashes and itching on my hands which was cured by taking p650 on the first and second day but since yesterday again there is a relapsing of fever with temperature 99-100 degrees Max with dizziness. My concern is why am getting remittance of mild fever every morning after so many days?? Is this normal after Covid vaccine??

Try to take homemade food and take complete bed rest for few days with plenty of fruits and fruit juices.

The most common side effects following COVID-19 vaccines are fatigue, a fever, headaches, body aches, chills, nausea, diarrhea, and pain at the site of injection, according to the World Health Organization.
These may last from a few days to a week and are mostly self limiting.
Take medication as prescribed by your doctor and rest. You can keep a clean wet cloth on the affected area to reduce pain. Consult your doctor if redness, tenderness, or swelling of the hand worsens.
Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
Avoid doing strenuous activities for at least 3-4 days after getting the vaccine. It is safer to avoid alcohol and smoking for a few days.

Fever post vaccine will subside within 3 days. If you still getting fever then get tested for covid.

It is common after vaccine but relapsing of fever 8s not common. Get your rt-pcr checked.
