SI joint, HLA B27, LOWER back pain
Recently I am diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis with HLA B27. Is their a permanent cure for this?

HLAB27 is one of the diagnostic criteria for Ankylosing Spondylitis and not for Rheumatoid Arthritis. There is no permanent cure for this. But you can definitely keep its symptoms under control..
