I am 26 years female. Last 3-4days I have left shoulder pain that radiates to my elbow and then wrist. There is no other symptoms like chest pain and others and no hand weakness too. Now my arm pain reduced but elbow to wrist pain persists. Is it from my heart or else. I am no previous history of heart issue. I am confused. Please help me

If the pain is only from elbow to wrist it may be due to ulnar nerve compression. Is there a history of palpitations or excessive sweating? Consult with proper history.
Your shoulder pain radiating to left upper limb is unlikely to be of cardiac origin as you are 26 yrs
It may be due to wrong posture of your neck
