I can feel the pain when I'm throwing ball or something else. it is happening whenever i do overhead activities like push up, weight lifting. I took Xray for that and doctors told bones are fine but he told me take rest. it is been 1 year and still I'm having same problem. help me to resolve this issue.

Consult a physiotherapist.He will assess you for any tligament or muscle tear by doing some manual tests. Ultrasonic therapy and deep heat along with some special strengthening exercises are the main regime of the treatment. it will take some time as the condition is very chronic and recovers slowly but will recover for sure. You need some patience while doing the exercises. Avoid weightlifting and the jerks to the shoulder.
