Shoulder pain while sleep
I get behind shoulder pain every night. I don't get sleep because of sleep.once I wake up and take bath...Pain subsides...And unable to sleep again.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

I want a detailed history like this pain is only while sleeping or it is also there when I are doing any activity...kindly visit an Orthopedics or a physiotherapist for evaluation.. if there is unbearable pain you can take tab. Ultracet sos before going to bed... get well soon take care...

Take hot fermentation, avoid side lying on affected shoulder, do proper range of motion of shoulder  ,if u didn't get relief consult  nearest physiotherapist,

Hello.. Well I need detailed history about the pain as in since how many days...Well it seems like it is realted to your posture, bedding or pillow issues...I would suggest you to look into them...And also use hot bag for pain relief...Meet am orthopaedician if doesn't subside...Thank you
