Shoulder pain

It might be related to the spine like dislocation, prolapse which needs to be checked. Medicated oils application and fomentation will help. If its severe, few medications can be taken along for faster recovery. Also, please see that you sit, sleep in the correct posture. Avoid use of soft mattress and high pillows.
