Shoulder pain
I lift weights and last week I was benching more weight than I was suppose to, because of that I partially injured my shoulder ever since then I’ve been feeling pain in the back of my shoulder where my shoulder and back meet, what can I do to help the pain go away and i can get back to working out normally??Ever since then I haven’t been doing shoulder workouts and I’ve been doin light weight, I also ice my shoulder put bengay on it and take ibuprofen every night
