I have shoulder pain from 1 and the half of month . my left hand is having so much pain that I can not do straight my hand .plz suggest me how can I get out of this.!!!

Your pain is due to frozen shoulder  so take physiotherapy  swd ift us exercise is mast    dr jaipee sharma  kailash hospital
