Hello there....
You need to be a bit specific regarding the pain and symptoms...
Did you have a fall?
Were xrays or other tests done that time?
Pain below your shoulder is like where exactly...is it like in your armpit?
Which movements of shoulder are painful?
Is the pain present even during rest or only on shoulder movement?
Answers to these questions is required for a proper diagnosis of your condition.
Next Steps
you can have analgesic sprays to help you ease with pain or diclofinac based intradermal patches put( but not under armpit) if u do not want medicines.
also electro-physio devices like TENS,IFT and US can give immense relief in 5 to 7 settings along with ROM exercises.
Regards & take care.
