  4. Shoulder pain. I get this instant pain!

I am a baseball player, i used to have pain in my elbow when i threw the ball (Felt like i hit my funny bone) now whenever i throw the ball i have a throbbing pain in my shoulder. Not matter how much i stretch and warm up, when i throw that ball hard i get this instant pain

If any small Muscle or Ligament tear causes pain in some particular movement, you just consult a physiotherapist he may give you the best!
