The pain may be due to wrong posture effecting your front shoulder chest muscle. The muscles will be tight enough to give you pain in the shoulder. It is advisable to give hot fomentation to the shoulders. I would advise you to meet a physio to release you pectoral muscles and correct your with posture education and exercises.
