Shoulder pain and heart pain
I have left side shoulder pain since 8 months. I had done X ray 4 months ago n 6 types of blood reports which are all normal. Pains worsens and spreas to armpit and left hand to left chest (breast) to upper abdominal. Heart paltipations sometimes.sensational problem in left hand.

Hello. I am suspecting deficiency of vitamin D which is easily treated by taking supplements. Cervical spondylosis is a rare possibility.
Next Steps
Please get Vit D, Hb, B12 and folic acid levels checked. Also get an X-ray cervical spine.
