Hi Sir, my left hand shoulder dislocated approx 3 times in my 10 years life. MRI also take pls suggested .

Recurrent dislocation. FINDINGS: Type III mild anteriorly hooked acromion is noted. 1)There is evidence of focal juxtaarticular marrow edema with thin effusion at the acromioclavicular joint region. 2)There is suggestion of flattening and anterior convexity involving the posterior aspect of humeral(at and below the level of the coracoid) with focal heterogenous marrow suggesting Hill-Sachs defect. 3) There is suggestion of focal signal changes in the anterior inferior of mild irregular articular margins grade I partial thickness articular surface tear. Thin sliver of fluid noted in the subacromial ,deltoid,subcoracoid recesses,glenohumeral joint and along the long head of bicsps tendon.

It seems that you hv got your labrum torn in shoulder and some bone loss due to repeated dislocation.it has to fixed once fir all so tgat it is not repeated.you will becone absolutely alright after arthrossopic surgery.its a day care surgery.regards dr pankaj agrawal , shoukder knee &joints reconstruction surgeon ahmedabad.
dont worry so much.........just keep u r shoulder adducted.internally rotated....never take...ur hand away from body or try to hit some one or play badminton ........avoid .....or completely stopped playing ....sports......which require shoulde activity away...
from the ..body......shoulder strengthning exercises should continue through out life. and ......follow up......to ur sport or exercise therapist.........another option ......go to orthopaedic ...surgeon ask....for....surgery.
....but after that u have to take....above mention precautons ....and.....exercises through out lifem..thanx.. ..tc...
