  4. Shoulder injury. What should i do?

Shoulder injury
My shoulder been hit by a tree branch during car accident. So my shoulder got a little bit wound and i feel pain at my shoulder bone. The doctor just give me a MSM injection and now i'm suffering because of the swelling from the injection. I can lift my arm and shoulder as usual but the pain still there. What should i do ?

If tree branch hits during road accident,there could be internal injury to shoulder joint.that needs to be checked.
