Shoulder impingement
My right shoulder feels uncomfortable when lifting right arm sideways or above. Left shoulder is perfectly fine. Moreover, the pain shifts from top of shoulder to side of right arm sometimes. The pain also goes away for months and then reoccurs. Can it be impingement? And how to correct it
