  4. Shoulder dislocation. I need to follow.

I have a weak shoulder, I feel looseness after so long, since I had dislocation I always felt looseness, now the dislocation have been stopped since 2 years back, but I need my strength back on the shoulder, please suggest for all the procedure I need to follow.

The shoulder capsule which holds it in place might become loose after a dislocation. This laxity needs to be confirmed with examination and MRI followed by appropriate therapy to correct the laxity.
