1. Have severe pain on my left shoulder since last 20days. Unable to sleep,sit properly, lift my hand ,or lift even my mobile phone it pains... This has started since i have started gym and riding bike...I dont know the reason yet but maybe gym is the answer(but never had pain while doing gym).
2. Also i got an injury 2 days back on my right upper thigh while playing football. I felt a muscle pull as i was able to run the next day but unable to kick ball.Even slightest contact of the ball was a pain on that area...
So please guide for the above two..
