Should I take these medicines? For me?

Hello, I m married for two years & trying to conceive for 6 months. My periods are absolutely normal. Me and my husband doesnt Live together as we both are working nd posted in different cities. So, I try to be with him is my fertile days but the result was negative further I went to doctor my all tests were negative nd my Reports were perfectly fine except a very little raise in FSH. However, my husband sperm motility was low. Doctor assigned medicines for we both in which she prescribed me medicines of infertility. Now, my question is should I take these medicines? Do I really come in category of infertility as I mentioned we Aren't living together? I am scared that these medicines might cause any complications for me?
