Should I take some medicine

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had fever,cough took paracetamol and Azithromycin for 3 days diagnosed with typhoid then took treatment for typhoid (dexona, monocef and deriphylline injection) then gave rtpcr test whose report came positive after 12 days now it's 23 rd day after 1st symptoms apperance and I have coughing, which reolved but developed again after 4 days ..spo2 is 98-99 no fever or fatigue or breathing issue ...
