Should I see a psychiatrist?
I think I have a panic disorder and am bipolar. I've been reading up on it and have found that I have regularly and consistently experienced many of the symptoms, physical and mental. I've talked to people close to me and they told me not to trust the things I've been reading and told me not to worry about it because it might not be true. I also worry that if I go to a psychiatrist they might think I'm over exaggerating and am just a young person wanting to be special.
