And today on 17th October 2021 a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose of anti rabies vaccine??

It's not necessary to take anti rabies vaccine
But you should be careful around dogs , given that in 3 months it's a 2nd incident!!
