Since last 1-2 months, i am having on-off thin stools, but no blood. Someday at morning the stools will be bulky and will clear other days i will have stools like clumps and bowel will not be clear fully. However i go to bowel 2-3 times everyday.
I am too worried if this is concerning or can be ignored?
History:
2x 14 days course in jan and feb for h pylori
2 months back has rifaximin and bandy plus for worm infestation and diarrhoea.
Upper endoscopy was done in January, showed antral gastritis + h pylori +ve
Major concern, thin stools and bowel habit change. (I am having to go to bowel 2-3 times everyday since the 2nd h pylori course).

U had h pylori infection that's why may be everything is getting disturbed it's better that u find a good gastroenterologist who can examine u and u keep a regular follow up with him/her

Drink 5-6 litre water per day
don't take outside food
take less spicy and fatty food
do exercise regularly
do yoga and meditation.
