Should i change my gastroenterologist?

I lost a significant amount of weight 11kg in an year My gastroenterologist did endoscopy and found erosive gastritis Didnt do colonoscopy He never pay attention to my lower abdomen pain I feel like i shud change my doctor who can seriously look up for my weight loss issue as even after treatment im loosing weight
