Shortness of breath
Whenever i talk to a new person,i get out of breath easily,this leads to change in my voice and it looks like i am really afraid of that person.Then i stop for a while and take a small breath and continue again but i get out of breath again. This doesnt happen with the people i am comfortable with,my friends and family.

Hi see a psychologits with CBT and anxiety realted expert. CBT is one of the best forms of therapy for anxiety. Collaborate an action plan and set goals what you want to achieve in terms of social approach. 10-15 sessions will be enough to over come your social anxiety. Mostly all session will be of 45 mins to an hour with a action plan you have to complete every week. Some sessions of graded exposure might be longer. Give therapy a try it will surely help you if you tak sit from a proper therapist. And do exercises given as action plan.

Meet a psychologist online/ offline set initial goals and achieve small victories with support and then be independent.
