Shortness of breath, Stomach Bloating
I have constant shortness of breath. I am having small meals however after every meal there is uncomfortable heaviness and bloating in the stomach. I have got an ECG, TMT, Pulmonary test, including all blood work and an ultrasound of the abdomen - all results are clear. Could my symptoms be a cause of a groin hernia?

Have you noticed any swelling or pain in your groin region? Your symptoms as you have mentioned them are unlikely to be because of a groin hernia. You may be suffering from Acid peptic disease (sometimes referred to as acidity or gas or ulcer). An upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy would be the best test to confirm or rule out this. Until then, regular meals (avoid longer than 3 hours interval between meals in daytime) and avoiding spice / alcohol /smoking may help to a certain extent
Next Steps
Upper GI endoscopy
