Shortness of breath
I'm feeling short of breath when i'm idle or when I lay down. Though my oxygen saturation is constantly at 98. This only happens when I'm idle or when I lay down to sleep, it doesn't happen when i do any activity like walking or running.

This is typical of functional hyperventilating disorder where they fell short of breath without any disease. This happens cause of some things bothering in mind and thinking goes out of control. The world is not going to end any sooner so chill and have avocations to keep mind engaged and medication is not needed as much meditation is needed.
