Shortness of breath
I have to take deep breath frequently and it's happening from 3 or 4 days and I don't smoke and drink and do not have any type of allergy. And I am not taking any medication. Also I think I do not have anxiety. Is this serious or not.

Not serious but need to evaluate..Take a consultation with Pulmonologist for better evaluation and treatment

If there are no associated symptoms except taking deep breath and no comorbidities and addictions,if saturation is normal,may be musculoskeletal reason need to evaluate further if it continues with some investigations

It is not serious.pl forget about it. Pl Do yoga, and pranayama. However, pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
