Shortness of breath
I have a right upper back pain feel like tight rib when twist..and hard to breath from few days.when i breath its pain feel like i have somthing under ribs..i have a tendency of rapid cold catch since from my childhood..a year ago i have done a lung function test where ESR was high..but i naver have breatging problem and this back pain..when i press the area its also pain..its also pain when i press

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
