Shortness of breath
I am having difficulty breathing. Breathing feels heavy and shallow. I also notice that I hold my breath when I start to concentrate on something.

Breathing is a normal reflex of the body. You can volunterily hold you breath for a few seconds to few minutes depending on your breath holding treating. You would ve still breathing when you are comcentrationg on something, it is just that you do not realise it. So do not worry. If you continue to breath heavy and shallow, please show a physician.
