Shortness of Breath
For the last 10 days, I have been facing frequent urges to take deep breaths with some chest pressure. After that, I feel relaxed. I go for running daily 2-3KMs, which makes me feel relaxed. The issue is mainly in sitting position. All diagnostic tests have been done including Xray, ECG, TMT which came out normal. What could be the issue? Plz help.

Nothing would be pathological. Share CXR. Breathing exercises may help. If same symptom continue, go for Pulmonary function test.

If its in the sitting posture, this could be just your diaphragmatic muscles getting worked up. Most of the times this gets relieved using proper breathing techniques. Deep breathing exercises would surely help. Also if there is history of frequent bloating or acidity, you need to cut down on caffeine, tea, milk based based prodicts especially in evening hours.
Next Steps
Visity a chest physician if symptoms persist.
