Hello all, I had a medical Abortion at 24weeks which is before 5 days and I have shortness of breath mainly while sleeping due to which I could not sleep well and  there is burning sensation in eyes also. Passing few small clots in bleeding. Could you please suggest what might be the issue. Thanks in advance.

breathlessness can be the due to the blood loss, you needed a physician opinion after consulting with the obgyn since you have complaints of passing clots,USG to be done to look for placental bits.

24 weeks is a big pregnancy. You must have lost lot of blood during MTP. Blood loss itself may be a reason for breathlessness. Even now you are passing clots.
Next Steps
Please get a USG done. If Uterus is empty please consult a General Physician on Practo.

For shotness of breath need to get a Physician opinion.Passing clots after a miscarriage or a medical abortion could be due bits of placenta..which  may be retained. Need to meet your gynaecologis for further evaluation and a possible ultrasound.
