I am 27 year old female having a 24 day cycle ...my prolactin and thyroid harmons are high...i have regular cycle ...trying to conceive from 20 month s...is my short cycle causing problem to get conceive?

It is not your "short cycle" which is causing the problem. Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area for a complete work on Infertility. You and your husband will have to undergo some tests.

24 day is not a short cycle its a normal menstrual cycle
21 to 37 is the normal range of menstrual cycle
Probably your deranged thyroid and prolactin levels are the reason for the inability to conceive
you need further detailed investigations in the form of Semen analysis and an HSgto see your tubes are open or not
Also a test called AMH to understand how your ovaries are functioning
