Hi - it is not assessed by me how much u r having memory power or deficiency. There r certain things like lack of protien or zinc ,b complex, selenium, iodine. In your age may be thyroid disorders. May be due to stress, or other inherited problems. I advice to check & take respective corrective measures. More vegetables, spinach, green vegetables, beet,carrot, capcicum, green leaves, orange, some fruits like guava, pine Apple etc. Helpful.Take sufficient rest & sleep min 8 hrs, no stress, mentally peaceful. Engagement in good work,innovative activities. If chronic problem persists then contact a psychiatrist & Dietitian for a diet.
