Short interval in-between dosage of p250
Toddler having fever doctor consult to take 3 ml p 250bin interval of 4 hrs but by mistake give in 3.500 hrs interval .

Generally no problem but take precautions in future. It’s better to give when fever occurs rather than round the clock 4 hourly
