Fever medication interval and dosage

Hi my daughter is 50kg and she is getting fever every 2 and half hours after having p500 tab. Can I give Meftal p now.

If the child is having fever you can give paracetamol 500mg for your child and the same medicine can be repeated after 6 hours again if required also do cold sponging of the whole body to reduce the temperature if the fever is coming again and again a proper evaluation is required to rule out the cause of fever.
