Hello,    You are a male of 17 yrs. old and 167cm.You have not mentioned average height in your family. One factor for height is genetic. But I will give you some tips.Do regular exercise like cycling,pull-ups.If you have interest in games play games like basket ball Your diet should include high protein like milk & milk products, egg white, pulses, fish, soya, oats          Nuts like almonds, walnuts, peanuts,,pista         Eat lots of leafy vegatables, fruits .Eat in time Remember one imp. point you will not get sufficient Calcium unless. you have sufficient Vit.D3.So check your Vitamin D3 levels. If you do not have sufficient Vit D 3. take supplements in addition to exposure to Sunlight before 8 am or after 4.30 pm.   Even if. there is no growth after you follow these never get depressed its not the height that matters its how healthy you are that matters.Avoid junk foods and have a healthy diet.    All the best for your fugure Dr.A.Kavitha
