Short cycle
Hello My cycle is 25-26 days.. I m trying for pregnancy, but this month's flow( proper bleeding)lasts only one day , after this very very light spotting ( not brown) . Do I need to go consult for this. Do help

Get your thyroid levels checked If the amount of bleeding was considerably low as compared previous period you also need a pregnancy test The most common reason for less flow during period is weight gain and lack of exercise Other reasons can be polycystic ovarian  syndrome hypothyroidism
