Short cervix
Hello doctor
Currently I am 27 week 4 days pregnant. During 23 week I had short cervix with 6mm and done cervix stitch. I am on complete bed rest except washroom and taking progesterone sr 300. Now in repeat scan 27 week 4 days. Cervix canal widening with funneling and length measures 1.3.
What is your opinion about the report? How likely I can carry the baby till term ? If baby born at 28 week can it be survive ? Or atleast till which week the baby to be carried in womb ? What are the symptoms of water break?

Since stitch is in place don’t worry
Please continue bed rest and progesterone supplements
It is better to carry the baby until term that is 36 weeks
Even if it is few weeks earlier with good neonatal care units ur baby will survive
