My cervix length is 2.1 cm at 36 weeks. Should I be concerned? For how long can I maintain it and how? I want to give myself and baby at-least 3 more weeks before I deliver. My other parameters are fine and yes I had a c section previously.

You are already 36 weeks pregnant. The danger of premature delivery is not there now. Even if you deliver there is no problem. If you don't develop premature labour then you should wait for 2 more weeks before having a Caesarean.
If the head is engaged it may show as short cervix, however visit a doctor if u get labour pains immediately ,if not u can have an elective c section after 38 wks
