Since wisdom tooth extraction 2 days back, there is shooting pain in ear (same side) It is persisting and antibiotics are on

That is neuralgia. Meet your dentist who will prescribe you good analgesics to block the pain and give you anti-inflammatory enzyme cocktail to reduce the tissue swelling which has caused the nerve compression.
