Sholder injury during gym
Sir during gym I got injury in my right shoulder and now it's paining .When I was doing chest exercises on bench that time my right hand went down more that time my joint is like come out from main place I feel like this now I can't take hand even back side it's paining and looking like coming out please sir tell me what I should do

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Take rest and apply a ice pack. Tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still doesn't subside, then get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
