Shivering hands
My hands are always shivering. This problem started when I was around 14 or 16. Now I am 38 and this problem is worsening. I have lots of personal problems. My hands shiver more when I am tensed. I have also become fearful of everything. Please help

Hello, I would like to hear more from you. I could understand that your hand shivers more in tensed situations and you feel apprehensive and 'fearful' these days.
