Shin splints
I had pain in my lower legs, i got that pain due to running, and my physiotherapist treated me through dry needling and now i am feeling good, most of the pain has gone. I am just worried if i get the pain again after running.

You should get your vitamin B12 and D3 and calcium tested. Vitamin deficiency is a common cause of shin pain.
